Cancellation Policy

Booking No Deposit: Free to book with no upfront payment. Lead Time: 1–5 business days. Confirmation: SMS/email reminder 12-48 hours before appointment. Cancellation Full Refund: Cancel ≥24 hours in advance (no penalty). Late Cancellation (<24 hours): First offense: Warning. Second offense: $20 fee for future bookings. No-Show: First offense: Must pay a $20 deposit for future services. Second offense: Suspended from free bookings for 6 months. Terms for All Free Assessments One Free Assessment Per Property: Repeat visits require a paid assessment ( 20 residential/100 commercial). Report Expiry: Free assessment reports valid for 60 days. Book a design package within 30 days for 10% off. Geographic Limits: Free within 20 km of Harare CBD. Beyond that: travel fees apply at 2usd/km.
